ACE annual conference update: free legal advice available to delegates

Delegates at ACE's annual conference on 21 May will have to access free legal advice thanks to surgery sessions  provided by construction specialist law firm Beale and Company.

The confidential one-to-one sessions, led by key partners at Beale, will be held throughout the conference day. Delegates will be able to book sessions in advance as they book their delegate places at the conference or, if availability permits, take advantage of drop in sessions on the day.

BOOK NOW: To book your place at the 2014 ACE annual conference visit www.acenet.co.uk/annualconference - two free tickets are available for every ACE member firm.

However, Beale and Company partner Sheena Sood urged ACE members to book their places at the legal surgery early to avoid disappointment as there would only be a limited number of appointments on the day.

“We will be on hand to give advice to ACE members throughout the conference and to ensure that both large and small firms are armed with the most up to date legal information,” explained Sood. “Whether you seek a simple legal clarification or wish to start discussion over a more complex matter, please book your place at the surgery now to make sure that you are able spend time with Beales on the day.”

The ACE Annual conference will be opened by infrastructure minister Lord Deighton and feature presentations from key clients including Highways Agency chief executive Graham Dalton and High Speed 2 chief executive Alison Munro.

Thames Tideway chairman Sir Neville Simms and the project team will also be on hand at the conference to explain the forthcoming market opportunities from the proposed £4.2bn project.

The conference will be closed with a special interview with former cabinet minister Lord Heseltine who will set out his thoughts on the potential of infrastructure investment in the regions.
