Travis Perkins PLC announces group leadership change

Dave Castle has been appointed the new managing director of Travis Perkins Group’s specialist pipeline and heating solutions business BSS.

From May 1st, Castle will also be a member of the Group Leadership Team at the firm, which is the UK’s largest distributor of building materials.

Castle is currently regional managing director for South West and Wales in the Travis Perkins General Merchant (TP) business, a role which Richard Perkins will assume as regional director for an expanded South England and Wales. 

In his new role, Castle will lead the BSS team in developing their strategic opportunities for bigger and better conversations with customers and continuing to build a culture of belonging for colleagues.

Castle takes over from Angela Rushforth, who took over as managing director of Toolstation last month.
