BOOK NOW for Friday webinar on delivering the private sector pipeline after Covid

An Infrastructure Intelligence free live webinar on Friday 17 July, as part of our 'Covid Recovery’ series.

An Infrastructure Intelligence free webinar on Friday 17 July 2020 will look at the prospects for the private sector infrastructure pipeline and how it might shape up post-Covid. The webinar is the eighth event in our summer webinar series of webinars dealing with the post-Covid recovery and what firms working in teh construction sector need to know.

Notwithstanding the key role that government has played in keeping infrastructure and the economy running during the current crisis, the private sector pipeline will be crucial in ensuring that the construction industry has a plentiful supply of work over the coming months and years. Following the prime minister's pledge to "build, build, build" his way to economic recovery there is much expectation in the construction industry of a plentiful future pipeline over the coming months and years.

Rising government deficits should result in opportunities for private debt and equity but what will be the view of private investors, developers and major clients on the kinds of projects they will finance?

Some construction sectors will inevitably be more attractive to investors than others as the 'new normal' influences the kind of infrastructure projects that will be needed. What those sectors might be and who will be the key players within them are just some of the questions that will be discussed at this webinar.

Also, with increasing doubts being cast on some projects due to the state of the economy, what kind of private sector pipeline can we expect going forward and how will firms position themselves to take advantage of future opportunities?

This webinar, which is brought to you in association with Barton Willmore, will look at the prospects for the future private sector construction and infrastructure pipeline and the implications for firms working in the industry.
