WYG appoints Anne Clements as planning director

Property consultancy services firm WYG has appointed Anne Clements as planning director in London.

Clements joins from Countryside Properties and was previously planning director at Quintain where during her work on the Wembley Park regeneration from 2003 to 2016, she was responsible for managing design and technical teams (including transport), negotiating with significant stakeholders such as the FA, the GLA, TfL and LB Brent and delivering the planning permissions to support the regeneration around the stadium. 

As a regeneration specialist with over 30 years of industry experience across multiple areas of the sector, including planning, development management and housing delivery, Clements has a wealth of experience delivering high density, residential-led, mixed use development projects.
