Menopause under the spotlight at ACE HR event

HR advice is on offer from The Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) at a special online event that will throw the spotlight on menopause. 

ACE’s HR forum meetings bring members together to formulate new ideas for the sector and to shape ACE’s activities in this area. 

The forum offers an opportunity to partner with like-minded HR practitioners to share industry insight, knowledge and experience while providing practical support to promote best practice. 

The latest online forum is being held at 11am on Wednesday, November 9, and will welcome guest speaker June Potts of business consultancy Menopause 360. The event will explore how to remove taboos on the topic in the workplace.

The event is open to members of ACE and its sister organisation, the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC).

Dalvinder Bath, HR manager at ACE, said: “We’re delighted to welcome June to our HR forum for a conversation on menopause and how people and HR teams can better support colleagues in the workplace. 

“Despite recent improvements, menopause is one of the more ignored conditions by employers and this is a great chance to hear first-hand from an expert in this space.”
