Mott MacDonald has been appointed to a five-year supplier framework by Uisce Éireann  - previously Irish Water - for the provision of capital works project management office (PMO) services in Ireland.

Uisce Éireann, Ireland's national water utility, has selected Mott MacDonald as a strategic partner to deliver comprehensive PMO services across a range of capital works projects.

These projects are vital for maintaining and improving the country's water infrastructure and ensuring sustainable water resources for present and future generations.

Mott MacDonald's appointment covers technical services and project management services across water and wastewater sectors.

These services will be crucial in helping Uisce Éireann to deliver on its capital investment plan, improving current infrastructure, building capacity for future growth and meeting the challenge of achieving carbon neutrality.

"We are excited and pleased to be chosen by Uisce Éireann for this major framework," said Colum O’Dwyer, Mott MacDonald’s account lead for Uisce Éireann.

"This partnership aligns with our commitment to advancing sustainable water solutions and enhancing infrastructure resilience in Ireland and helps strengthen our ongoing relationship with Uisce Éireann.

“We look forward to leveraging our expertise, experience and local knowledge to contribute to the success of the framework."

The framework will run for a period of five years until 2028 with the possibility to extend the contract for another two years.
