Redrow launches ‘better way to live’ campaign

Housebuilder Redrow has launched a ‘better way to live’ campaign, which aims to showcase the thriving communities that are being created beyond the actual physical homes themselves.

The new campaign centres on a selection of Redrow’s placemaking principles - ‘easy to get around’, ‘keeping it local’, ‘streets for life’, ‘places to go’ and ‘nature for people.’

Redrow says the principles were born out of a desire to understand the most important aspects of creating places that offer social and environmental benefits for new residents, as well as the wider community they will become part of.

The company held workshops with all of its divisional teams nationwide and undertook a comprehensive review of national planning and design policy guidance documents in order to create the placemaking principles.

Matt Grayson, group customer and marketing director, said: “Our set of placemaking principles and our approach to community creation mean we consistently seek to deliver distinctive, high quality and beautiful places for our customers to live. We have created hundreds of thriving new communities over the course of our history . . . and this new campaign demonstrates our offering beyond just the physical homes that we build.”
