Slender Winter Partnership Ltd specialises in the design and on site review of the entire range of MEP building services. The Practice offers a particular commitment to the development of commercial designs to an agreed budget and a controlled expenditure which is achieved by utilising a project management team within the Practice, with particular emphasis being given to the commissioning and handover stages of all projects.

The Practice has expertise in all areas of commercial, residential, hotel, leisure, rail and public authority contracts. This expertise also extends to the production of asset registers, planned maintenance documentation, feasibility studies, legal representation and BREEAM assessments.
