Outstanding industry achievement has been honoured at the ACEI Engineering Excellence Awards 2024.

The Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland’s (ACEI) annual awards recognised outstanding projects and people from across the country.

Almost 400 guests attended the gala dinner, which was held on March 22 at the Intercontinental Hotel in  Dublin.

ACEI secretary general Shane Dempsey said: “Each of these winners has demonstrated exceptional talent, dedication and innovation in consulting engineering.

“Their achievements are a testament to their hard work.

“As we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our award winners, we also want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the applicants who submitted their projects for consideration.

“While we can only recognise a select few with awards, please know that your contributions are valued and appreciated.”

Guests at the event included Kate Jennings,  chief executive of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE).

ACE and ACEI recently signed an agreement to mutually promote the business and cultural connections between the consulting engineering sectors in the UK and across Ireland.
